A1. Common issues include:

  • Using incorrect Client ID/Secret Key or environment (sandbox vs production)

  • Outdated SDK versions or missing configuration

  • Poor image quality or unsupported ID type

  • Incorrect API request formatting
    Review the error message provided by Metric to identify and fix the issue.

Q2. Can I customise the verification flow or UI?
 
A2. Yes. Most SDKs support UI customization such as colors, logos, and flow screens, allowing you to keep the verification experience on-brand. Check the documentation for platform-specific options.
